INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not have control over customs and are therefore not responsible for delays that may occur due to customs inspections or local import procedures.
Tracking information will be made available to you as soon as it is provided by the carrier.

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS & COSTS

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: $5.90 USD  
Estimated delivery in 4–15 business days

Express Shipping: $11.90 USD  
Estimated delivery in 1–4 business days after processing  
Includes priority handling

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and handed to the carrier.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES (AFTER DISPATCH)

USA Standard Shipping: 4–15 business days  
USA Express Shipping: 1–4 business days after processing  
International Orders: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and carrier

During peak seasons, holidays, promotions, or other high-volume periods, both processing and shipping times may take slightly longer than usual.

 

PROCESSING TIME VS SHIPPING TIME

Processing time is separate from shipping time and should be added to the estimated delivery window.

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.  
Processing includes order verification, packing, and handing the package to the carrier.

In rare cases, processing may take longer due to holidays, promotions, or operational delays. We always do our best to process orders as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience during these times.

Shipping time begins once the carrier has received your package.  
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

 

DELAYED DELIVERY

In rare instances, packages may take longer than the estimated delivery time.
We are unable to control carrier delays once a package is in transit and appreciate your understanding should this occur.

If there are no tracking updates for more than:
- 30 business days (domestic orders), or  
- 60 business days (international orders),

please contact us and we will assist you with a replacement or resolution where appropriate.

 

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.

If you request a cancellation within 30 minutes before your order is processed, a transaction fee of $20 USD per order will apply.

If you contact us and we confirm that your order has already been processed, cancellation will no longer be possible.

Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order you have just placed.
